Abbott & Fenner Scholarship - DEADLINE 6/10/25 The A&F Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution. $1,000 available, essay required, see website for details.

AES Engineering Scholarship - DEADLINE 10/8/25 $500 scholarship. Submit an essay of between 500 and 1000 words: When you look back on your life in 30 years, what would it take for you to consider your life successful? What relationships or accomplishments will be important on this journey?

Burris Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/12/25 Scholarship offered through Lake County Educational FCU. Must be a current senior or current credit union member's senior son or daughter.

Cleveland Browns Marion Motley Scholarship - Deadline 3/31/2025 $2,500 per year scholarship available to 2024 graduates who plan to attend college and major in areas that would lead to a career working in education or for a professional sports organization. ACT-18/SAT-960 with a 2.5 cumulative GPA.

Exchange Club of Painesville Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/15/25 Applicants will be judged based on scholarship, citizenship, personality, leadership, perseverance, and general worthiness. Applicants must be in the upper one third of their class.

Fields of Learning Scholarship - DEADLINE: 03/31/2025 FIVE $1,000 Scholarship to be awarded to a male or female students planning to graduate 2025. Submit essay (700-1500 words) on "Something I learned related to high school football". Not limited to football players.

Frank Platzar Legacy Scholarship - DEADLINE: 03/28/2025 Must be high school seniors who will be graduating from Riverside, Mayfield, Willoughby South, or Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin. Must have participated in at least 1 sport (as a player, manager, or trainer), and at least 1 other activity.

JUST RUN Scholarship - DEADLINE 3/24/2025 Two scholarships in the amount of $500 each to two area students who have participated in the JUST RUN program. The scholarship will be awarded based on the student’s essay response, grades, activities and/or work experiences.

Lake County Fair Arthur F. Warren Memorial Youth Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/3/24 Be a member of Lake County 4-H organization or be a member of the Junior Fair Board.

Lake Geauga USBC Scholarship - DEADLINE: 4/5/2025 Athletic scholarship- Have earned 3 Varsity Letters and maintained a min cumulative gpa of 3.3 and seeking a 2 or 4 year degree. One time payment up to $1000.00

NAACP Freedom Fund Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/19/25 Minority Student with a 2.5 GPA residing in Lake County and attending a Lake County High School. $1,000 Scholarship

Northeast CU Outreach Alliance - DEADLINE 4/15/24 High School Senior who is a member of one of the participating Northeast CU Outreach Alliance credit unions.

Ohio Gas Association Scholarship - DEADLINE 04/01/2025 U.S. citizen - Ohio resident with a min 3.0 GPA. Must have a career goal in the crude oil and natural gas industry, or related energy field.

Painesville Area Service Society Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/1/25 3.0 GPA. 2 or 4 yr. college or trade school. Application must be typed. Please save the application form prior to editing the document. Affidavit must be signed. Read criteria for more requirements.

Painesville Rotary Service Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/15/25 Student must rank in top 1/3 of class. Scholarship given to one student each from Harvey and Riverside. While scholastic record is considered, the student's commitment to community service is a major factor in awarding.

Renee (Robison) Zappitelli Community Service Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/21/25 2025 Riverside graduate with a min 2.5 cum GPA. Write Essay. Community Service Honor Cord program student is highly recommended.

RHS Alumni Scholarship: - DEADLINE: 04/18/2025 Applicants must have had a parent, guardian, or grandparent graduate from Riverside High School. Applicants will be judged on academic achievement, community involvement, and financial need.

RHS: Gaubatz Nursing Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/18/25 Applicant must be a member of the current graduating class of Riverside High School with a 3.0 min GPA and intend to enter a field of study in medicine or a related area.

RHS: George E. Inscho, Jr. Memorial Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/18/25 Applicant must be a member of the current graduating class of Riverside High School with a 3.0 min GPA and intend to enter a field of study in education.

RHS: Henry F. LaMuth Memorial Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/18/25 Member of the Class of 2025 Riverside High School with a min 3.0 GPA and have attended Henry F. LaMuth Middle School during 6th and 7th grade. Will be judged on academic achievement, service, extra-curricular activities, character and leadership.

RHS: Janice R. Wunderlich Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/18/25 Class of 2025 Riverside High School student. Applicant must have attained a minimum GPA of greater than the value of Pi (3.14) for the preceding 7 semesters.

RHS: John J. Weiss Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/18/25 Class of 2025 Riverside High School student. Min 3.0 GPA. $500 scholarship is awarded to a student entering a two-year program and $1000 scholarship awarded to student entering a four-year college

RHS: Melissa Fankboner Memorial Scholarship - DEADLINE 4/18/25 Applicant must be a member of the current graduating class of Riverside High School with a 3.0 min GPA and intend to enter a field of study in education, medicine or a related area.

RHS: The Eugene Harden Memorial Scholarship for the Trades - DEADLINE 4/18/2025 Must be a member of the Riverside High School Class of 2025 and provide evidence of acceptance as an apprentice at a trade school or first responders program (fire/police academy). Will be judged on extra-curricular activities and volunteer work.

Ruth Hanes Scholarship - L.C.C. Federal Credit Union - DEADLIN: 03/31/2025 Applicants must be a member or have a relative who is a member of the L.C.E. Federal Credit Union. Applicants must also attend an Ohio college. GPA 3.0 OR higher
